Two versions of most plans.
Microsoft sells most business and enterprise suites in two variants: with Teams included, and a lower-priced version without it. The split came from Microsoft’s Teams unbundling and applies to new commercial subscriptions in most markets. The right choice depends on whether your organization actually runs on Teams.
When “without Teams” makes sense.
If your organization has standardized on another meeting and chat platform, or already licenses Teams separately, the no-Teams variants deliver the same productivity suite at a lower per-user price. Our store shows both variants of each Business plan side by side.
When to keep Teams included.
For teams that live in Teams for meetings, chat and calling, the included version stays simpler: one subscription, one renewal, and a clean path to add-ons such as Teams Premium and Teams Phone.
Check your tenant before switching.
Moving between variants is a licensing change, not just a price change. Review current subscriptions, renewal dates and Teams usage first — a quote request resolves which combination applies to your tenant and market.
